To sense and analyze the data from process In order to stay connected and implement Industrial Internet of Things (IIOT) Sensors are vital component. To get a clearer picture of the process and to improve maintenance and production operation there is a need to install more sensors to collect as much data for analysis.

Now there are two types of sensor, the traditional one are analogue sensor that converts the physical element ( force, stress, temperature) into electrical current and this signal is then fed to recorder for analysis. The drawback of such sensor is the post analysis of this data is quite expensive and require extra man power.

On the other hand the IOT enabled sensor have an upper hand in this situation as they have intelligent chips embedded in them which removes the extra labor and cost and directly connect to the computer. These sensor perform automatic data analysis and monitors the system health which tends to decrease operational cost.

This identification is done based on speed & analytics capabilities thus reducing data and enabling you to process more data and extract useful information for better decisions.

These sensor can perform numerous task for example you can use the embedded intelligence on IoT sensor to do mechanical thing like creating a level switch; when the tank level reached 5 ft turn the pump off and if it reaches below 3ft turn the in flow pump On.

Wired Or Wireless

Security Factor

So it’s important to have full control over system and fully isolate whenever required.
